Cooking courses for foreigners

In the cooking laboratory Sale&Dede it is possible to organize private lessons for groups of foreign tourists, interested in trying an experience of Italian cooking. Sale&Dede offers courses in English language for groups of maximum 15 persons.

Thanks to the knowledge of the Chef Federica and to the passion linking Dede to her homeland, you will be in a position to recollect the tastes of the Ligurian recipes.

Daily program

The program schedules a guided tour in one of the local Genoa markets, where shopping will be effected and it will be possible to personally choose the products to be used. After a typical “Xeneise” breakfast with “focaccia”, a walk through the characteristic streets of Genoa will follow and then return by car to the school. The lessons will focus on recipes and typical ingredients of the Ligurian soil and the students will be allowed to actively participate to the various preparations.

On request, it is possible to make agreements for cooking lessons regarding other typologies of Italian and international cooking.
